Is this publication still around? Did it go any further? The issue I have is from February 1992. It says that this is the first issue and it is somewhat of an "experiment". It's Tatar and published in latin letters. I believe that this alphabet was banned under Putin, and that we are required to publish in Cyrillic within Russia. Many people think this policy "Sucks".
