There are no Tatar restaurants in San Francisco (yet), but there are several Turkish eateries and this one is my favorite. It's in a pretty skanky neighborhood downtown, but worth a visit otherwise. They play Turkish television on big screen TV while you're eating. It feels like a Holiday and the food is delicious.
