Kobe Tatar Camii - Finally Some More Photos

I was sent these photos of the Mosque in Kobe, Japan.
My father was born there and left sometime shortly after WW2.
This original Mosque structure survived WW2 and a devastating earthquake in the 1990's.

I've posted photos of Ali Akis seated at the front door. (from his website http://www.aliakis.org/) in the past, but here it is, and so beautiful.
It looks so Byzantine! and like Hearst Castle.
