From my limited Arabic script abilities, I can see that this has been plucked from the pages of "Kazan Utlari" and "Azat Xatin" about 40 years ago. I believe this was handwritten by Salih Apakay in California. (If I recognize his writing correctly)
Above are Shemsiye and Salih Apakay.They were enthusiastic vital leaders in the preservation of Tatar culture in Northern California.
