Oven Baked Peremech



This is from a book put together here in California by Adile with her Mother, who is very talented in the kitchen. Rahmet Adile. I think they did a great job. Some people may prefer baked over fried. It makes no difference to me. { if you click on the pictures, they'll open another page that's much easier to read}
This page is posted for Peremech Lovers only. The rest of Adile and her Mom's book is great, and I'd love to show you, but you're going to have to buy a copy from her. I may be selling copies through this blog in the future, but I'm still working on that. Like most proper Tatars, her Mother is very capable in the kitchen!
