Beef Stroganoff

I've been to more than one Tatar Banquet here where Beef Stroganoff was the main entree. I love it, and with our variation, we serve it on steamed white rice. I dream of a machine that you can walk up to in your kitchen that provides an endlessly regenerating supply of Beef Stroganoff. The first Tatar girl I know that became vegetarian, her Ebe says, "Tilergensingme!". She's also the first Tatar Girl I know with a tattoo. Her Ebe's comments about that are worthy of a Comedy Film
